Unlike typical B&B’s, we offer 950 square feet of
privacy for the price of a room:  the guest space is
the entire downstairs of our home featuring private
entries, full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms,
1 bath, free high-speed wi-fi, 500-channel Dish TV,
Sirius sound system, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer,
spacious deck and screened porch, gas grill, fenced
back yard, and outdoor shower. 

The only shared space is the adjacent Certified
Wildlife Habitat which features a koi pond with waterfall and sheltered seating area, complete with a fire pit for evening weenie or oyster roasts. We’re pet-friendly, and unlike most Tybee rentals, don’t charge cleaning or pet fees—we trust our guests to treat Tybee Moons as their home, and this honor system has proven mutually beneficial.  As an added bonus, we furnish beach bikes with baskets and beverage holders, boogie boards, and beach chairs at no extra charge.  If all this sounds too good to be true, there is a small catch—since you have your own kitchen, you’re on your own for breakfast.  We’re happy to help you get oriented and share our knowledge of Tybee’s treasures with you, and we’ll hang out as much or as little as you like, but our primary goal is providing the space and amenities for a totally relaxed, laid-back vacation—the rest is mainly up to you—just remember, you’re on Tybee Time, and there’s nothing better than that!

We’re also the most eco-friendly vacation rental on the island with on-site recycling and composting, organic herb and vegetable gardens irrigated by a surficial aquifer shallow well, dual-flush toilet, water saver showerhead and faucet aerators, and a 5.52 KW solar photovoltaic system that you can monitor in real time at this web site.
