Off-season rates: (Sept 16th-April 30th)

In-season rates: (May 1st -Sept 15th)

$125/night (4 person maximum)
$750/week

Off-season semi-long-term
$1200/month (3 month minimum)

Georgia state law requires that a 13% hotel/motel tax
be added for the first 30 days.
A refundable security deposit of 50% must accompany reservation.
